Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
This policy explains what information Multifari Studio collects, how it is used, and how long it is kept. It covers the application at studio.multifari.com, including the parts of the service that use YouTube API Services to publish videos to, and read analytics for, YouTube channels connected by their owners.
Who operates this service
Multifari Studio is an independently operated video generation service. For any privacy question, data request, or deletion request, contact support@multifari.com. That address reaches the operator directly and is the contact route for everything described on this page.
Account and usage data
- Account details — your name, email address, organisation name, and an encrypted password, used to sign you in and to associate your work with your account.
- Content you create or upload — video configurations, images, audio, fonts, and rendered videos. These are used only to produce and deliver the videos you ask for.
- Billing details — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by Stripe. We store the subscription status and plan, never your full card details.
- Operational logs — request and job logs used to run and debug the service.
Uploaded assets and rendered videos are retained according to your plan's limits; see Storage & Retention for the exact windows.
Cookies
We set only the cookies needed to run the application: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cross-site request forgery token that protects form submissions. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you across other websites.
YouTube API Services
Multifari Studio uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to, and to read analytics for, YouTube channels that the channel owner has explicitly connected. By connecting a channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of the data it receives is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What we access and store
- Channel identity — the YouTube channel ID, handle, channel title, and uploads playlist ID of each connected channel, so uploads and analytics are attributed to the right channel.
- Video metadata — the video IDs, URLs, and publication dates of videos published to, or already present on, a connected channel.
- YouTube Analytics and Reporting data — per-video, per-day performance figures (such as views, watch time, likes, comments, shares, subscriber changes, traffic sources and viewer countries) for connected channels.
- Authorisation tokens — the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google when the channel owner grants access. These are stored so scheduled publishing and analytics collection can run without asking for consent again.
How we use it
This data is used for two things only: publishing videos to the connected channel at its owner's instruction, and presenting the channel owner with analytics for their own channel and videos. Analytics data is stored so the owner keeps a history of their own performance beyond the windows YouTube itself retains. It is never used to profile viewers, and it is not combined with data from other channels for anyone but that channel's own owner.
Re-verification and deletion
- We re-verify each channel's authorisation at least every 30 days. If the authorisation no longer works — because it was revoked, expired, or the channel was removed — the stored tokens and the stored YouTube data for that channel are deleted.
- If a video is deleted from YouTube, the data we hold about that video is deleted too.
- Disconnecting a channel in the application deletes its stored tokens immediately and its stored YouTube data within 7 days.
- You can also ask us to delete stored YouTube data at any time by emailing support@multifari.com.
Revoking access
A channel owner can revoke our access to their YouTube data at any time, either by disconnecting the channel in the application or through Google's security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Revocation takes effect immediately and triggers the deletion described above.
No sale or sharing
We do not sell YouTube data, and we do not share it with third parties. It is not passed to advertisers, data brokers, or any other service, and it is visible only to the channel's owner and their authorised representatives.
Service providers
We use Amazon Web Services for hosting, file storage, and email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data only to run the service on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Multifari Studio after a change means you accept the updated policy.
